Azure OpenAI does not retain your transcripts or use them for training. When a candidate is deleted, their audio, transcript, analysis, and reports are permanently removed. All data stays within the EU.

No. We use Azure OpenAI, which contractually guarantees zero data retention and zero training on customer data. Your transcripts, audio, and analysis results are never used to improve any AI model.
