Enterprise Direct
Managed delivery and external integration
A separate signed Enterprise Direct agreement defines any managed onboarding, dedicated support, contractual service commitments, higher limits or external integration work, with scope and price agreed before delivery.
This separate scope can cover imports, write-back, two-way synchronization, private-network access, non-standard authentication, automation, and complex field mapping.
