AI Interview Analyzer is a web platform for recording, transcribing, and analyzing job interviews with AI. Recruiters configure the process and work with transcripts, criteria-based evaluations, candidate comparisons, and feedback in the web portal. The optional browser extension keeps recording controls and live guidance beside a video call.

No. AI Interview Analyzer is a decision support tool, not a decision maker. The AI organizes evidence from the interview against the role criteria, but the final hiring decision always remains with the human recruiter. This is by design and aligned with the EU AI Act requirements.

We require explicit candidate consent before recording or analysis and support access, deletion and withdrawal requests. Application records, documents and audio are stored in Azure West Europe. AI processing location depends on the deployed model and speech provider; it is not always within the EU. The privacy notice and DPA explain provider routes and the required transfer safeguards.

Transcription and the application interface are available in 25 languages, including Arabic and all 24 official EU languages. You can conduct interviews and receive analysis in any of these languages.

100 credits = €1, excluding VAT, in every subscription and top-up. Your organization chooses Budget, Regular, Premium or its own model configuration. Standard 60-minute live examples cost 200, 400 or 800 credits (€2, €4 or €8), including both live and final transcription, question detection, follow-ups, analysis and AI Coach. Other AI operations use the same wallet at the selected model's price. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase or grant. Top-ups do not change ATS limits. Irish/Maltese speech and custom setups have different quotes.

Yes. Paste or upload an existing transcript. For 60 minutes, analysis with AI Coach costs 25 credits (€0.25) with Budget, 225 (€2.25) with Regular or 300 (€3) with Premium. No transcription service is included or charged in this mode. Prices exclude VAT. Your organization's selected models determine the quote.

The AI extracts questions and answers from the transcript and maps them to evaluation criteria generated from your job description. For each criterion it shows the evidence status, evidence strength, demonstrated level, fit to the required level, and a verified source quote. It does NOT analyze voice tone, accent, or any protected characteristics.

Candidate data is protected by encryption, role-based access, private production database networking and audit logs. Processing follows the selected provider and model deployment, which may operate outside Europe. Provider commitments not to train models on API content are separate from operational retention and abuse monitoring. Application retention and provider cleanup follow their respective policies, described in the privacy notice and DPA.

Yes, always. Our mandatory consent flow sends an email to the candidate before the interview, explaining exactly what will happen with their data. The interview cannot start without confirmed consent.

AI Interview Analyzer runs in the web browser. The web portal covers configuration, recording, transcripts, reports, candidate comparison, and feedback. An optional Chrome or Edge extension adds a convenient Side Panel for recording video calls.

Yes. The comparison feature places candidates in one evidence matrix across the same role criteria. You can compare confirmed evidence, its strength, the demonstrated level, fit to the required level, and source quotes without reducing the decision to one opaque score. Export the comparison as a PDF report.

AI Coach is private candidate feedback for candidates who opt in. Before the interview, the recruiter enables AI Coach and the candidate chooses it on the consent page. After analysis, AI generates strengths, areas to improve, and concrete advice in the style of a career mentor. The recruiter never sees or edits this coaching. It is separated from the hiring decision and protected by safety guardrails, including architectural isolation, AI validation, and adversarial testing with 349 inputs. Separately, the recruiter can also compose their own editable feedback with AI assistance.

Yes. We have tested an integration model that supports more than 100 ATS platforms. We validate the connection and prepare the implementation under a separate Enterprise Direct agreement. Every plan includes our built-in ATS, while Business and Enterprise include public REST API access for organizations building their own integrations. Integration delivery by our team is not included in the €499 or €999 self-service offers.

For a standard 60-minute interview, Budget costs €0.25 for an existing transcript, €0.75 for audio or €2 live. Regular costs €2.25 / €2.75 / €4; Premium €3 / €3.75 / €8. All include analysis and AI Coach. Audio adds final transcription; live also adds live transcription, question detection and follow-ups. Prices exclude VAT. Irish/Maltese speech and custom model configurations have different quotes. Preparation, ranking, Rudy and separate translations are billed separately from the same credits.

The web portal and browser extension use your microphone for your voice and the browser's visible sharing picker for the candidate's audio. In Chrome or Edge, select the tab with the video call and enable tab audio. On Windows, you can also share the entire screen with system audio when the call runs in an installed Teams or Zoom application. Only audio is used for transcription.

Application records, documents and audio are hosted in Azure West Europe. GPT-6 Luna, GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6.1 Sol use Azure EU Data Zone deployments within Microsoft's defined EU Data Boundary, which can include EFTA locations. GPT-6 Astra uses Global Standard and may process prompts and responses outside Europe. Azure Speech uses West Europe and the LLM speech resource North Europe. Where Soniox is enabled, it uses only an EU project for audio and transcripts. Provider account and billing metadata can have separate processing locations.

Microsoft states that Azure OpenAI customer prompts and responses are not used to train its foundation models. Soniox states that customer API content is not used to train its models. These provider commitments do not mean zero retention: operational metadata, abuse monitoring and legal records have separate policies. Each organization configures their retention period (default: 365 days from hiring decision). When retention expires, all candidate data is permanently deleted automatically. Candidates can also request immediate deletion at any time via GDPR rights. Deletion is irreversible and covers audio, transcript, analysis, and reports.

No. You can configure and record interviews directly in the web portal without installing anything. The Chrome or Edge extension is optional: it keeps recording controls, live transcription, and suggested follow-up questions beside your video call. You can also upload your own audio or transcript.
