Premium AI. Now you set the budget.

We launched AI Interview Analyzer as a premium product. We wanted the strongest interview analysis we could deliver, so we built around our most capable Azure OpenAI models.

The result was powerful. The price was harder to justify at scale. An hour of live interviewing worked out to €9.99 on our earlier Enterprise subscription, or €12.42 on Standard. Ten interviews were one thing. A hundred made it a very different conversation.

The problem was the assumption underneath the pricing: that every team wanted the same premium model stack for every task.

Extracting an email address from a CV and analysing a complex technical interview do not need the same model. Your budget should reflect that. We are opening up model selection, simplifying credits and bringing the starting price of a full live interview down to €2 an hour.

Better economics start with a better choice

Our strongest models are still here. What changes is who decides where they belong.

For a high-volume first round, Luna may be the right choice. For a detailed interview analysis, you may prefer Sol. For the work where you want our most capable model, choose Astra. You can make those choices operation by operation, instead of paying for the most expensive configuration across the board.

This is how a premium product becomes accessible to more teams: keep the capability, give the customer control over the cost.

The speech options are Soniox EU and Azure EU. Budget and Regular use Soniox EU where activated; Premium uses Azure EU. Live assistance and final analysis use separate transcriptions. Speech region does not determine the region of every AI operation: Astra uses Global Standard and can process outside Europe. Provider account and billing metadata can have separate processing locations.

The same €99 can now go much further

Pro gives you 9,900 credits a month. Spend that wallet on full one-hour live interviews and it covers 49 hours with Budget, 24 with Regular or 12 with Premium.

You still have access to your recruitment workspace, candidates, reports and team. Choosing a more economical AI template does not shrink your ATS. Choosing Enterprise does not force every operation onto Astra.

The subscription and the AI configuration are two separate decisions. The cards below make that difference tangible. Switch between templates and watch the live capacity change.

Put the stronger model where it earns its place

Open Settings → AI models to compare complete templates and individual model prices. Copy a template, give it a name and adjust the model for each supported operation. Select it once for your organization; the whole team works with that setup.

There are sensible limits. Contact extraction and frequent question detection stay on Luna. Follow-up suggestions can use Luna or Sol. These jobs need to be fast and economical. There is little value in offering an expensive option simply because we can.

Those numbers make it much easier to use the product across a real recruitment process, not just for a handful of interviews. Recruiters keep the evidence they need. Candidates can receive useful, private feedback from the time they invested. Hiring decisions remain with people.
